Competition: Win My Name is Joe and Living Apart Together on DVD

Glasgow-based film distributer Park Circus – which celebrates its 10th birthday this month – adds some new Scottish titles to its ever-expanding DVD library next week, and we have copies to give away.

Living Apart Together

Living Apart Together

Ken Loach’s My Name Is Joe (1998), starring Peter Mullan as a recovering alcoholic who falls in love with his health visitor, is one of three titles from the director to be released on Monday 18 March, along with Fatherland (1986) and Looks And Smiles (1981).

The long lost Living Apart Together (1982), directed by Charles Gormley and starring BA Robertson as a Glasgwegian pop star, comes to DVD on 25 March. There are also cameos from the likes of Peter Capaldi, James Cosmo and John Gordon Sinclair and the film has been described as representing a culturally significant time in the city of Glasgow.

We have two sets of DVDs to give away, each containing a copy of My Name is Joe, Fatherland, Looks and Smile and Living Apart Together.

This competition is now closed.
